Jammu: Security forces have busted three militant outfits and recovered huge cache of arms in Rajouri and Poonch districts. Acting on a tip-off, troops of Rashtriya Rifle and police launched a search operation in Sujan hill area of the district yesterday and seized 78 rounds of AK ammunition, two Chinese hand grenades, two grenades of under barrel grenade launcher and one police uniform, a defence spokesman said here today.
Another hideout was busted in Budh-ki-Kinari area of the same district yesterday, the spokesman said, adding the troops recovered 75 rounds of AK ammunition, two Chinese hand grenades and two remote control IED boxes. One more hideout was busted in Surankote belt of Poonch district today and one AK rifle, twp magazines, 32 rounds, two hand grenades and one UGBL grenades were seized, he added.
