Kochi: Thirtyone Indians hailing from different states, who went to Saudi Arabia to perform Haj and overstayed there, were today deported back to the country.
Officials said they went to Saudi Arabia on 'Umrah visa' to perform Haj and did not return. They were deported back under a general amnesty declared by the Saudi Arabian government.
