Ghaziabad: A fresh case has been filed against Nithari killings accused Moninder Singh Pandher and Surinder Koli for the rape and murder of a 14-year-old girl.
An application was filed in the court of special CBI judge Rama Jain yesterday by the minor s father Karan Vir under section 319 of CrPC (power to proceed against persons appearing guilty of the offence).
The CBI in its chargesheet had given Pandher a clean cheat in the case but indicted his servant Koli. The judge posted the hearing of the application for December 10.
Karan Vir had earlier lodged an FIR with the Nithari police station in Noida near Pandher's Sector 31 house where the grisly rape and murders reportedly took place.
