Islamabad: Two explosions in the capital of Pakistan's North West Frontier Province today damaged an internet cafe, a music shop and a computer training centre though no one was hurt. Police said two low intensity blasts at a plaza in the Ganj Gate area of Peshawar damaged the three establishments early this morning.
The blasts were separated by about 15 minutes. The explosions caused panic among people as the plaza is located in a thickly populated area. Attacks on internet cafes and shops selling music and movies in Peshawar have increased significantly in the past two months after local pro-Taliban militants warned owners of such outlets to shut down or switch to other businesses.
