New Delhi: Union information and broadcasting minister Priya Ranjan Dasmunsi on Sunday said Bangladeshi author Taslima Nasreen should apologise with “folded hands” to Muslims for hurting their sentiments and hinted that her book, Dwikhandito, could be banned.
Talking to mediapersons in Malda, West Bengal, he said: “I love literature and have nothing against her writing. But that does not mean she can use her pen to hurt the religious belief of Muslims.”
