New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today parried questions on the expansion of the Union Cabinet. "When it happens, you will hear about it," he told reporters when asked when the much-talked about reshuffle would take place.
He was talking to reporters on the sidelines of a function at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
