Islamabad: Pakistani military's chief spokesman, Maj Gen Waheed Arshad has been appointed the Director General for Planning in the Army chief's secretariat.
According to an official statement issued today, Arshad will be replaced as the Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations by Maj Gen Athar Abbas, who will assume charge of his new appointment on January 15.
