New York: It's official, Ex-Spice girl Victoria Beckham has been rated the worst dressed woman of 2007 by Hollywood style guru Ricahard Blackwell.

The fashion maven's 48th Annual Worst Dressed Women List, released yesterday, placed posh at number one for her noticeable but bizarre style of dressing.

In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty Posh can really wreck-em, Blackwell remarked. Others who adorned the list in order were Amy Winehouse, Mary-Kate Olsen, Fergie, Kelly Clarkson , Eva Green, Avril Lavigne, Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan and Alison Arngrim.

Noticeably absent from the list was Britney Spears, because Blackwell believed that she needed to get her life in order before he picked on her bad clothing choices.

Kidman and Blanchett, Australia's two most famous expectant mums, were named Blakwell's top 10 best dressed list, which also included Reese Witherspoon, Jemima Khan and Angelina Jolie. Blackwell, an 85-year-old Los Angeles-based former fashion designer, first released his Ten Worst Dressed Women List in 1960, with Queen Elizabeth II, Martha Stewart and Dolly Parton past alumni.
