Sirsa: A fast track court has awarded four years of Rigorous Imprisonment to a person after holding him guilty of committing sodomy with a minor boy belonging to village Khairpur of the district.
The court has also imposed a fine of Rs 1500 upon the convict.
According to prosecution the convict Manoj kuamr a taxi driver on January one, 2006 enticed the minor son of one Bhagwan Das with some toffees when he playing in front of his house and took him to some secluded spot and committed unnatural sexual intercourse with him.
The court after listening to the arguments of both the prosecution and the defence held him guilty and pronounced the judgment on Tuesday.
