New Delhi: The BJP has condemned the remarks of Information and Broadcasting Minister Priyaranjan Dasmunshi on Bharat Ratna to Vajpayee.
Earlier, in his letter to Prime Minister BJP leader Advani had demanded Bharat Ratna for Vajpayee. Although, this demand surprised some of the BJP leaders itself, I&B minister strongly condemned the demand.
The minister had advised Advani to "give Vajpayee proper importance within the BJP before making such a demand" and also said that such issues can't be discussed in public.
This remark of the minister has faced lot of fury by BJP, who advised Dasmunshi to not interfere between Advani and Prime Minister.
