Buta Singh hospitalised

New Delhi: Former Home Minister and senior Congress leader Buta Singh has been admitted to a private hospital here due to some cardiac problems.

Singh, 74,who is also the chairman of the National Commission for Schedule Castes, was admitted to the Sir Gangaram Hospital last evening and his condition is now stable, hospital sources said.

He is suffering from cardiac problems and is being taken care of by a team of doctors led by Chairman of the department of cardiology.
