Eleven shops and a house gutted

Srinagar: Eleven shops and a residential house were gutted in two separate fire incidents in Anantnag and Baramulla districts today, a police spokesman said.

Fire broke out at Mir Maidan market in Dooru area of Anantnag district gutting eight shops and a residential house, he said. He said three more shops were gutted completely at Jhelum market at Baramulla. However, no one was hurt in the two fire incidents, he added.
