Lahore: Pakistani security agencies have arrested four men, including a suspected suicide bomber, with a huge quantity of explosives and a suicide jacket.

The suspected suicide bomber, Hafiz Abdur Rehman, was arrested here with a fully loaded suicide jacket, Dawn News channel quoted sources as saying. Rehman had planned to target important personalities, the sources said.

The other arrested men were identified as Fida Basra, Murid Hussain, who was nabbed at Dera Ghazi Khan, and Ali Hasan alias Ali Haider, believed to be the mastermind of several suicide attacks.

A large quantity of explosives, ball bearings and weapons were found in their possession. The arrested men are being interrogated at an undisclosed location. Security agencies were conducting further raids in search of the accomplices of the arrested men.
