Almora: Freedom fighter Jaivant Das died after a prolonged illness in Ranikhet area here. He was 81.
Das was suffering from cancer and went to his daughter at Ramnagar few days back for the treatment and died there on Friday night, the family said. His last rituals will be performed with full state honour s here today, the district officials said.
