Jalandhar: Although the city today greeted with clear sky and sunshine, but mercury dipped to sub-zero level as minimum temperature was recorded as minus 1.6 degree celsius.

At other Air Force stations of the region, minimum temperature was recorded as 2.8 C at Amritsar, 1.2 C at Halwara (Ludhiana), 5 C at Chandigarh, 3.6 C at Pathankot, 2.8 C at Bathinda, 4 C at Ambala, 3.4 C at Jammu, Zero degree at Udhampur, minus 9 C at Avantipur and minus 9.4 C at Srinagar Air Force station, sources at Adampur Air Force station said.

About weather forecast, sources said that there would be fog mist haze in the morning and later on clear sky condition.
