Undeclared emergency in UP: Mulayam
Thursday, February 14, 2008 09:45 [IST]

Lucknow: Leader of the Opposition in the Uttar Pradesh legislative assembly and Samajwadi Party legislature party leader Mulayam Singh Yadav has alleged that undeclared emergency had been clamped in the state by the BSP government through unconstitutional and undemocratic means.

Hitting hard at Chief Minister Mayawati over her security threat, he said ''Leaders who only think about their own security could never serve the nation or people.''

Besides, he also mentioned that people in the entire country were cracking jokes on the security of the UP CM.
