New Delhi: Mercury saw an upward swing as Delhiites woke up to a pleasant but slightly smoggy morning today with minimum temperature recorded at 15 degrees Celsius.
The rise in temperature is attributed to south easterly winds, MET officials said.
The minimum temperature yesterday was 10.2 degrees Celsius, a degree less than the normal, while the maximum was recorded at 27.9 degrees Celsius, three notches above normal.
The MET department has predicted a partly cloudy sky with breeze and the minimum temperature to hover around 15 degree Celsius tomorrow morning.
Delhi recorded the season's lowest on January 2 when the minimum touched 1.9 degrees Celsius. Source : PTI
