Srinagar: A Power Development Department (PDD) casual labourer was killed after he fell down from an electric pole in the central Kashmir district of Badgam, official sources said today.
They said 30-year-old labourer Abdul Majeed Dar was working along with other PDD officials when he fell down from a pole at Nasarullah Pora.
He was immediately shifted to Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) at Soura, where he died.
