Louisburg (US): Police say two people are dead and a third is injured after an early morning shooting at a business in the North Carolina town of Louisburg.
Louisburg police chief Rick Lassiter tells WRAL-TV that a man and a woman are dead, and the man appears to have been the shooter. The injured victim is a woman whose injuries are not life threatening.
Lassier say that today morning incident at Phelps Temporary Staffing Service happened around 8:45 am local time.
Louisburg is a town of about 3,000 people, about 48 kilometres northeast of Raleigh.
