Islamabad: Pakistan's foreign minister says its new government will not negotiate with "terrorists" even as it seeks talks with some militant groups. Shah Mehmood Qureshi tells Dawn News television today that Pakistan will not negotiate with those it considers terrorists. However, Islamabad believes in political engagement as a way to counter militancy, he says. Source : PTI |
