Herat(Afghanistan): The Afghan authorities said a third suspected attacker on the convoy of road construction workers in which two Indians were dead and five others injured, was captured with an explosive-filled jacket.
"There was a suicide attack carried out by two suicide bombers against Indian roadworkers who were working on a bridge" in Nimroz province, provincial governor Ghulam Dastgir Azad told AFP.
