Mexico City: President Pratibha Patil arrived here on the second leg of her 13-day tri-nation Latin American tour. Patil flew into Mexico City late last night on a four-day state visit where she was received by senior government functionaries. A guard of honour was also presented.

She will be accorded a ceremonial reception tomorrow after which India and Mexico will be signing two agreements, including one in the civil aviation sector. Patil is currently in her maiden foreign trip since assuming office last year. She will also visit Chile from April 20 to 23.
