Jammu: In a minor reshuffle, the Jammu and Kashmir government has transferred eight administrative officers, including four Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) and two Deputy Commissioners, official sources said today.

Satish Nehru, Director Social Welfare, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Kargil in place of Raj Kumar Bhagat, who has been posted as Managing Director SC/ST and OBC Development Corporation on deputation basis, an official spokesman said here.

V C Sharma, Managing Director of SC/ST and OBC Development Corporation has been transferred and posted as Director of Bureau Public Enterprises (BPE) in the Finance Department, he said.

Laj Ram, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, has been transferred and posted as Director Social Welfare, Jammu, in place of Satish Nehru.

SSP of Leh Alok Kumar has been transferred and posted as SSP Jammu in place of Parminder Singh, who has been posted as SSP Traffic Jammu replacing Shafkat Watali, who has been shifted to IRP eleventh battalion as Commanding Officer.

Jhonny Williams has been transferred and posted as SSP Leh.
