Gurgaon: A general secretary of the Haryana Janhit Congress Vikram Pehelwan was today shot dead while he was was sitting in his office at Wazirabad village here, a senior police official said.
Pehelwan was sitting in his office near R D City when an unidentified person fired 10 rounds.
