New Delhi: Hitting back at Finance Minister P Chidambaram, CPI(M) member Brinda Karat today said that those who make policies excluding the poor from the economic growth are enemies of the people.
Initiating a discussion on the working of the Rural Development Ministry in Rajya Sabha, Karat took the opportunity to turn the tables on Chidambaram who, she said, had stated in Kerala that those opposed to growth are enemies of the people.
