Scarlett was allegedly drugged, raped and left to die on a beach here in February.

"I will meet (Goa) Chief Minister Digamber Kamat, Home Minister Ravi Naik and Director General of Police B S Brar to clear my doubts about the course of investigation and why there is delay in CBI investigation," she told reporters.

Fiona, who had gone to UK with Scarlett's body on March 30,arrived here this evening to follow up the investigation.
