Gurgaon: A 32-year-old man was shot dead by some unidentified assailants outside a school at National Highway 8 here today.

Nahar Singh was shot dead outside Roseland public school near Hero Honda chowk at NH 8, when he came to drop his son to school at around 8 am, police said.

Some unidentified assailants fired at least two rounds at him and he ran inside the school to save himself, they said.

The assailants followed him and fired again, killing him on the spot, they added. He was rushed to Pushpanjali hospital where he was declared brought dead.

Two country made revolver were recovered from the spot, they said.
