Aligarh: The Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) will start a Masters degree course in Dental Surgery from next academic year.

"The Health and Family welfare Ministry has cleared the university's request to start courses in Conservative Dentistry, Periodontics and Orthodontics," an official of the university said here today.

Initially, the ministry has sanctioned two seats in each of the specialities, the official added.
