Baku, Azerbaijan (AP): An Azerbaijani official says a shipment of Russian equipment headed for Iran's Bushehr nuclear power plant has been released from customs.
The official says the cargo passed through the Astara customs checkpoint on the border with Iran today.
Azerbaijan halted the cargo of heat-isolating equipment March 29,demanding more information from Russia about what it was and whether it violates UN sanctions on Iran's nuclear program.
