Rajkot traders support BJP's inflation fight
Friday, May 02, 2008 12:16 [IST]
Rajkot: Extending their support to the bandh call given by the BJP, alleging the UPA government of having failed in controlling inflation, business establishments and local traders today downed their shutters.

The half-day bandh call has been supported by local trade organisations, BJP city unit president, Nitin Bhardwaj said.

However, work at government offices was not affected and the bandh went off peacefully without any reports of untoward incidents, police said.
