Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir High Court today dismissed a writ petition against Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad filed by a former general manager of state forest corporation G H Marazi in connection with the forest scam.

Dismissing the petition, Justice Hakim Imtiaz Ahmed said the petition was not maintainable.
