Beijing: At least three persons were killed this morning in a blast in a bus in China's economic hub Shanghai, fire fighters said.

The cause of the explosion was not immediately known, they said.

The bus was carrying about 50 passengers, official Xinhua news agency said quoting the fire fighters.
