Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir government today transfered five officers.

Syed Mohammad Fazalullah, Director, technical education, has been transferred and posted as secretary in home department, while B A Runiyal, director, estates will replace Fazalullah as Director, technical education, an official spokesman said here.

A R Kuchay, private secretary to the Chief Minister has been transferred and posted as Director, estates in place of Runiyal.

Showkat Ahmad Mir, special secretary in school education department and Showkat Ahmad Zargar in director horticulture, planning and marketing will swap places, the spokesman added.
