Two killed, six injured in Bihar mishap

Ara: Two members of a marriage party were killed and six others critically injured when a mini bus carrying them fell down in a ditch near village Pipra under Gadhani police station in Bihar's Bhojpur district, police said today.

The accident occured when the driver lost control over the vehicle while negotiating a sharp bend and plunged into the roadside ditch last night.

Two persons identified as Ramashankar Singh and Ravinandan Sah died on the spot.

The injured were admitted to a government hospital at Udvantnagar where their condition was stated to be critical, the sources added.
