Mumbai: Actress Hema Malini today registered her home production company H M Productions with the sales tax authorities here. Hema, accompanied by her staff, visited the Vikri Kar Bhawan building at Mazgaon and completed the formalities to register her production house, a senior sales tax official told PTI.
"She has registered H M Productions under the Maharashtra Value Added Tax and Central Sales Tax Acts," the official said. "She was talking about the grand plans for H M Productions and the movies being planned under its banner," the official said. However, the actress did not revealed names of the films to be produced. She would soon complete formalities of registering H M Productions under the Service Tax norms, the official said.
