Hyderabad:The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Apollo Health and Life Style Limited (AHLL) Ratan Jalan, was arrested by Uttar Pradesh police from here in a cheating case booked at Aligarh.

"An Aligarh court has issued non-bailable warrant against Ratan Jalan, on charges of criminal breach of trust and cheating, following which a police team from Aligarh came to the city yesterday to arrest him," V Ramakrishnaiah, ACP Banjara Hills told PTI today.

Jalan is a resident of Srinagar Colony here. Based on a complaint filed by the promoter of Rex Healthcare India Pvt Ltd, cases were registered against Jalan, sources said.
