Gujjars urge Governor to endorse reservation bill

Jaipur:Rajasthan Gujjar Arakshan Sangarsh Samiti today urged the Governor S K Singh to endorse the bill giving five per cent reservation to Gujjars.

A six-member Samiti delegation led by its patron Col (retd) Kirori Singh Bainsla held talks with the Governor for about 30 minutes, requesting him to ensure that the bill is taken up on priority.

The Governor assured the delegation to do the needful, Samiti spokesman Mansingh Gujjar told reporters after the meeting.
