Army officer's daughter robbed in Noida

Noida: An army officer's daughter was robbed here by two motorcycle borne men, who snatched her bag containing cash and other valuables, the police said Tuesday.

The incident took place Monday night near Brahmaputra Shopping Complex in sector 29.

Inspector Anil Samania said Khushi, 25, daughter of retired army officer Lt Colonel Radha Krishna was returning from Max Hospital. On her way back home, she bought grocery from a shop.

When she was crossing the road, two bikers snatched the bag containing cash, grocery and other valuables.

She shouted for help but the motorcyclists escaped.

Her father lodged a complaint with the police.
