5 killed as bus overturns in northern California

Williams: Authorities say five people died and dozens were injured after a Greyhound bus overturned in northern California.

The crash happened around 6:12 pm local time yesterday around Williams, which is about 100 kms north of Sacramento. California Highway Patrol dispatcher Terry Troth says at least 30 people were injured.

He says the bus was headed to Colusa Casino Resort from Sacramento.

Authorities say the injured are being transported to several area hospitals.
