Warangal (AP): A woman and her daughter were burnt to death by the woman's paramour at Eturu Nagaram in Warangal district of Andhra Pradesh, police said today.

The incident happened late last night after the woman, who had an illicit relation with one G Komuraiah for the past four years, refused to continue the relationship as her two young daughters were growing up, they said.

However, Komuraiah did not agree and went to her home yesterday following which he poured petrol on the woman and her daughters after an altercation, police said.

While the woman and her younger daughter (10) were killed, the elder daughter (13) sustained injuries. She was undergoing treatment at the MGM government hospital here, police added.
