Fatehgarh Sahib: A Mandi Gobindgarh-based subscriber was shocked when he received a bill for a whooping sum of Rs 16.95 lakh from his DTH service provider.
Joy Kutty said he filed a complaint to Fatehgarh Sahib police after receiving the bill of Rs 16.95 lakh from Dish TV India Ltd for the period August 12,2007 to July 16,2008.
Kutty said he was informed by the customer care that his Viewing Card (VC) provided by the service provider was misused in Pakistan.
