Srinagar:Three Hizbul Mujahideen militants have surrendered before the security forces in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said here.

Shafiq Ahmad Shah, Mohammad Shafi and Reyaz Ahmad Mir surrendered before the troops of 31 Rashtriya Rifles at Awantipora in Pulwama district yesterday, the sources said.

The three militants were today handed over to police for further legal proceedings, they added.
