Islamabad: Pakistan today condemned the Assam serial blasts that left 77 people dead, saying it opposes terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.

In a statement, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that yesterday s blasts in Assam had led to the unfortunate loss of innocent lives.

Pakistan "condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations as this menace negates the very essence of human values", he said and expressed his deep condolences to the families of the victims.
