Machilipatnam (AP): Body of a second year MBBS student was traced in Manginupudi beach here today, police said.

Poorna Prabhat (19), who went to Manginupudi beach along with 25 friends yesterday, drowned while attempting to swim, they said.

His body was being traced since yesterday but could be found only today, they added.

A case has been registered and further investigation is on, police said.
