One arrested for supplying fake notes

Lucknow: One person was arrested in Aligarh for his alleged involvement in supply of fake currency from Pakistan and notes with face value of Rs two lakh recovered, police said today.

Raske Kamar alias Dade was arrested on a tip off yesterday and fake notes worth Rs 2 lakh were recovered from his possession, they said.

Kamar during interrogation revealed that he was involved in the nexus since 2001 and used to bring the notes from Pakistan.

The police is investigating the matter.
