New Delhi: The Congress party Friday released a list of 38 candidates for the Mizoram legislative assembly elections to be held on Decv 2.

The Congress has 11 legislators in the 40-member legislative assembly.

Presently, Pu Zoramthanga of the Mizo National Front is chief minister of Mizoram.

The Mizo National Front has 22 legislators in the outgoing assembly.

Mizoram goes to the polls Dec 2 and the results will be declared Dec 8.
