Nashik: Two persons were killed and four other injured when a car in which they were travelling collided with a stationary truck at Nashik-Pune highway this morning, police said.
The car which was on its way to the district from Pune collided with a truck that was stalled on the highway, they said. Two persons, Ishwar Parshuram Pachpute (38) and Jairam Bhivraj Palve (45) were killed on the spot while the injured were admitted to Sinnar hospital, they said.
Further investigation is on in the matter, police added.
