Lalu blames Nitish for breaching resolution on MNS issue
Sunday, November 09, 2008 19:14 [IST]
Sitamarhi:The Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav on Sunday criticised Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for breaching the unity of the all party resolution to fight unitedly against forces like MNS.

Prasad said Kumar unilaterally took the decision that his Lok Sabha MPs would resign.

Though he had appealed that MPs and MLAs of all parties from both the Houses would resign in block, it could not happen because of Bihar Chief Minister, said Prasad, who had come to attend a function organised by Deoband faction of Islam here.

Cautioning that the fundamentalist and divisive forces were trying to break the unity of the country, Prasad said the activities of such forces wont be tolerated.

Talking about the upcoming polls, RJD President said the process of Lok Sabha polls would begin soon after the completion of assembly elections in six states.
