Burdwan: A 26-year-old tribal woman was molested by a group of five miscreants at a local club at Ryan village in Burdwan district last saturday.
The police said that when her husband came to rescue her, he was severely beaten up and asked to part with Rs 50,000. A complaint was filed before the police today. The Burdwan police super said it was looking into the matter.
