NSA, IB chief to meet Advani
Friday, November 21, 2008 09:08 [IST]

New Delhi: National Security Advisor M K Narayanan would meet Leader of the Opposition L K Advani to discuss the Malegaon probe.

The NSA would be calling upon Advani Friday noon to discuss the developments in the Malegaon probe, highly- placed sources in BJP told PTI.

Intelligence Bureau Chief P C Haldar will also be present at the meeting, the sources said.

The NSA-Advani meeting would follow Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's conveying to Advani over phone yesterday that Narayanan would "explain the facts" of the probe into the blast.

Advani had slammed the ATS "unprofessional and politically-motivated" probe into the case.
